Dedicated Converting Group, a Vidya Brands Company, is seeking a Production Manager to work with production employees and ensure our products are produced in a timely manner, meet the quality needed, and are shipped out on time. The Production Manager will be among the key players in our Jonesburg plant and will help to ensure solid productivity by working with staff, processes, and equipment. This plant is small but mighty and so the position comes with lots of visibility and ability to grow with the company. • Manage plant employees (9-12 generally)
• Ensure equipment is maintained and functioning properly (contacting contractors when needed)
• Manage the production and shipments of our goods
• Work with scheduling to meet customer needs
• Work with HR to hire and onboard new employees
• Train and develop plant staff
• Share ideas and create efficiencies where needed
• Oversee and work with plant employees on safety

• Reliable
• Able to communicate effectively
• Some supervisory experience a plus
• General knowledge of production machines and equipment
• Knowledge and adherence to safety within plant environments
• Able to hold self and others accountable
