Do you love meeting people, taking on new challenges, and seeing your hard work pay off? We’re in search of a driven, motivating sales manager to help our team achieve our sales goals. You are the first point of contact for every lead in our system, and you are responsible for filtering out the bad from good leads. The good leads will be sent to an appointment and the bad will be followed up with by you later. With that being said, you decide what leads get through to Acquisitions, and what leads don’t.

Responsibilities

  • 1 Contract signed within 30 Days
  • 3 Contracts signed within 60 Days
  • 6 Contracts signed within 90 Days
  • 40 outbound dials per day
  • Call all new inbound leads in 30 minutes or less

Qualifications
  • Displays a proven track record of sales success
  • Excellent leadership skills, analytical skills, and communication skills

  • At least one year of sales experience (real estate preferred)

Compensation
$33,000 - $69,000 yearly
