We are looking for an articulate, dependable, and problem solving professional who has the ability to lead, demonstrate empathy, and has meticulous attention to detail. This position is essential to providing excellent customer service through scheduling and managing projects from the measurement to the installation stage.
This is a team oriented position, and while some tasks are done independently, much of the work requires collaboration and cooperation. This position is responsible for ensuring that all projects are started and completed within stated lead times and to a high commitment to quality. Along with team members in similar roles the person in this position will assist in the management of 7+ install teams and fabricators.
All candidates should be articulate, have a strong memory, and be able to juggle a great deal of information at one time. There will be a significant amount of "on the job" training but candidates should also possess metacognitive skills, have a knack for problem solving, and demonstrate spatial reasoning concepts. Previous project management experience or experience in the construction industry is a plus.
