This product line focuses on brand building utilizing automation and technology. We are looking for somebody to handle the operational side of the product line in addition to managing a customer service team.

We are looking for a team member that can analyze issues and recommend process and product improvements to grow the company. We will also rely on you to build and oversee a fully remote customer service team and motivate them to consistently meet goals while providing exemplary customer support.   • Compile weekly reports outlining the performance of key business metrics (refunds, chargebacks, subscription rates, etc.)
  • Improve our online presence by optimizing customer review sites and helping make the customer experience delightful so that word of mouth marketing takes care of itself
  • Act as a liaison between outside vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Research common customer concerns, and propose and implement solutions
  • Hire, train, and manage a remote team of customer service agents
  • Ensure all inbound calls, customer voicemails, emails, and chats are responded to promptly and professionally
  • Minimize refunds and chargebacks by working with multiple teams to constantly improve the customer experience
  • Be a skilled multitasker, able to juggle multiple tasks at once without sacrificing quality


  • 2+ years of management experienced _required_
  • 2+ years of experience optimizing business processes _required_
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

$50,000 - $85,000 yearly
