We are looking for a hands-on, mechanical-minded individual to learn about our compressed air systems! The Product Support Specialist role will provide support through telephone, chat, and email to current and potential customers. This person will work directly with customers to prepare quotes and estimates to match their product needs. This individual will be responsible for understanding the context of specific projects and have the ability to design custom plans for each customer to ensure their satisfaction.

• Provide technical assistance for compressed air piping systems
• Assist customers with the design of their systems
• Create part lists from customer-supplied drawings based on their needs
• Document new sales leads with our marketing software Salesforce
• Responsible for order entry, as well as order support
• Assist the Sales team with technical expertise as needed
• Address customer needs and issues through telephone, email, and live chat
• Must be able to multitask and pay great attention to detail
• Willing and able to work in a friendly, team-focused environment
• Must be customer service driven
• Handle additional support with our customer service tasks and duties
• Additional related duties may be assigned as needed

• Electro-Mechanical or Engineering degree is preferred
• Basic blueprint reading and CAD experience are a plus
• Experience with customer service in a technical field is preferred
• Willingness to learn new computer systems
• Desire to think outside of the box is encouraged
• Should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Good typing and telephone skills are required
• Excellent customer service skills are essential
