As a Probate Paralegal, you will help families by overseeing the Probate Experience, preparing petitions, and explaining the process. You will own and manage the Probate experience by ensuring client needs and Probate deadlines are met timely and goes as smoothly as possible.

This Position:

We are interested in Paralegals who have a Paralegal certification (comparable work experience considered). This person should have experience in a law firm, as a legal secretary or legal assistant; experience managing Probate cases required. High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelors Degree preferred.
