Responsibilities
- Analyze the needs of the client and plan strategies for their case
- Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients based on their requirements
- Inspire and motivate the team to keep the client's needs at the forefront and turn them into loyal customers
- Draft motions, pleadings, briefs, and other relevant documents for legal proceedings
- Represent clients in court for hearings and present arguments for motions and pleadings
- Maintain and develop positive client relationships while delivering top-notch service
- Lead and supervise paralegals/legal assistants to ensure efficient and quality customer service
Qualifications
- At least 1-5 years of probate, guardianship, and/or estate planning practice
- A valid Juris Doctor degree obtained from an accredited school
- Active membership in the Florida Bar
- An enthusiastic attitude toward self-development, caring nature, and leadership qualities
- Fully competent in organization and planning
- Ability to work with minimal oversight
- Proven problem-solving capabilities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Polite and professional behavior
- Skilled in handling a high workload with autonomous management
Compensation
$75,000 - $100,000 + Bonus
