$60,000 plus bonus opportunities. Higher base salary available for qualified applicants.

• Initial consultations that are provided by our marketing activities
• Maintaining and supervising caseload with the help of a paralegal
• Proactive and timely communication with clients
• Drafting pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, stipulations of settlement
• Court appearances
• Ability to prioritize tasks and deadlines to achieve desired outcomes

• Undergraduate degree with a legal background and Juris Doctor degree required
• Excellent communication skills, especially in highly stressful and emotional situations
• Understanding of a variety of real estate matters, including title insurance, wills and trusts, property management, and litigation
• At least 1-2 years of working in a law firm on on estate planning and probate law issues is necessary
