We are looking for someone with a passion for food and strong time management abilities to work at a delicatessen concession stand at the Racetrack, and we need a competent prep cook who can work fulfill orders precisely to guest order. You need to be a team player who can effectively communicate to keep things running efficiently. • Prep and cook for volume with high standards in a deli/concession setting 
• Fill out prep lists at the end of each day
• Positive work attitude/good work ethic
• Complete tasks in a timely fashion 
• Maintain a clean and organized environment
• Maintaining high food safety standards

• Possesses a strong work ethic and has a high attention to detail
• Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certificate
• Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers
• Must be able to meet all safety and sanitation requirements of kitchen equipment and food storage
• Previous experience working in food service is preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
