Responsibilities
- Pre-trial litigation such as drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits and settlement agreements
- Court appearances
- Conduct Legal Research
- Depositions
- Client communications
Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience
- Must be admitted to practice in NYS
Compensation
$105,000+ DOE
