Pre-Litigation Legal Assistant - Spanish Fluency Required

We are an entrepreneurial Personal Injury law office that is on track for aggressive growth and we need an experienced Pre-Litigation Legal Assistant to join our team and work directly with the owners and attorneys to support the team and help our clients.  

Having been an employee herself, Sylvia Gonzalez knows how to provide a drama-free law office where respect between all employees as well as employee and employer is valued. Sylvia Gonzalez also understands that there needs to be a balance between work and life, so she strives to provide her employees with an environment that values a healthy balance.

This is a full-time job where you are expected to manage a caseload, so you absolutely must be able to work in the office for 40 hours per week. During the first 90 days of employment, the pay will be $20 hourly with opportunities for increase after that. There is an opportunity for bonus compensation for those who can demonstrate their profitability.

We need a Pre-Litigation Legal Assistant with experience in Personal Injury specifically pre-litigation as well as dealing with clients, insurance companies and negotiating. The ideal candidate will be able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal hand holding.
