The successful candidate has at least 2 years of recent experience in the title insurance closing industry and has fully processed a real estate closing from intake to post-closing. Excellent problem solving, communication, and client service skills are a must. The position can be located in Coral Springs / Parkland, FL, or West Palm Beach, FL.


  • Assist in performing tasks necessary to close real estate purchase and sale transactions and issue title insurance policies
  • Monitor scheduled closing dates and work with the closing team to ensure all deadlines are met
  • Monitor volume of new business and client satisfaction
  • Knowledge clearing title requirements, balancing CDs, and preparing settlement statements to close real estate transactions
  • Notary experienced in facilitating real estate and settlement services


  • 2 years of title industry experience as a Processor, Assistant Closer, or Closer including clearing title requirements and preparing settlement statements to close real estate transactions and issue title insurance
  • Ability to delegate tasks
