Portfolio Manager

Summary

As a Portfolio Manager, you are responsible for all properties owned by Reali throughout the Trade In and Cash Offer process. You will handle all property management aspects of the portfolio as well as any issues that arise with the properties. Additionally, you will be the authorized signer for Reali on these properties; you will be representing Reali as the owner/buyer/seller in each transaction. You will ensure the portfolio turns over as quickly and with as few issues as possible. You will work with the Cash Programs Coordinator to ensure each transaction goes smoothly and Reali’s interests are protected.

• "Make home buying and selling easy, affordable, and stress-free by providing solutions for every step of the process."
• Track rent owed and upcoming client milestones that relate to the property owned by Reali
• Manage the closing of final stage of trade-in transactions - work closely with agents, Reali Escrow & Reali Loans to facilitate a smooth, quick close
• Review and sign all contract documents relating to the purchase, sale and upkeep of the properties owned by Reali
• Handle all wire requests & track/update finance team with incoming wires
• Work with home warranty company & clients to handle all maintenance requests, & handle any property management related calls
• Update transaction folders & tracking systems with all documentation 
• Handle all property insurance-related tasks and claims
• Assist with other ad hoc projects, tasks and requests as needed

Requirements (Must Have's)

• BA/BS degree, or high school diploma & 1+ year of relevant experience
• Experience in real estate or related field, including property management
• Excellent attention to detail & interpersonal skills
• Adept in working in a dynamic & changing team environment with a can-do attitude
• Flexibility on work schedule, depending on the transaction timing  

Desirable (Nice to Have's)

• Experience with DocuSign, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, PDF Editing, Salesforce, Asana
• Start-up, fast-paced environment experience
