 We’re looking for the best and brightest Community Manager in the area to join our boutique firm. Managers maintain smaller portfolios in a supportive team environment to emphasize work/life balance.

• Answering resident concerns in a timely manner
• Communicating with the community and the Board regularly
• Monitoring homeowner compliance with HOA rules
• Soliciting bids and managing vendor contracts for services
• Monitoring community financials
• Creating community budgets
• Facilitating Board Meetings
• Providing suggestions and recommendations for community enhancements to the Board

• Superior problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects at once
• Ability to remain composed in stressful situations
• Positive, service-driven attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Experience dealing with vendors and contractors
• Prefer a CMCA or higher designation from CAI
• Knowledge of CINC a plus
