• Train, coach, guide, and mentor employees and hold them accountable for meeting daily production and quality goals
• Develop and champion processes and practices to improve efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery
• Direct processes where teams and individual performance are recognized
• Manage 75-100 employees with 5-6 direct reports

• Eagerness to manage an expanding production facility
• A desire to advance personally and professionally
• Ability to mentor, train and grow employees and technicians
• Exceptional knowledge of the wire harness processes and procedures
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects with shifting priorities and moving deadlines
• Ability to manage strategic and tactical issues by being hands-on
