This is for a morning shift trainer. Hours are 5 am to 12:00 pm Mon to Fri. Saturdays are a rotating schedule amongst all trainers 630 am-3 pm. Paid time off + Benefits.

• Ensure all workout programs are appropriate for each client by doing individualized fitness evaluations
• Decrease the chance of injury by teaching clients appropriate techniques for all exercises, especially for specialized equipment
• Improve client fitness by customizing exercises to meet each person's unique needs and skills
• Monitor clients' progress and adjust their fitness plans accordingly
• Maintain all gym standards and safety requirements to ensure that clients are safe and comfortable while working out

• Update and review client files, prepare for upcoming workouts, and proactively schedule client re-assessments and goal-setting sessions every 4 to 8 weeks
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic while going above and beyond for both our clients and team
• Hold clients accountable to follow through towards reaching their goals while communicating with them in a professional and friendly manner
• Motivate and coach 30+ sessions per week
• Demonstrates a strong focus on putting the client first with exceptional customer service experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, or Exercise science preferred
• Nationally recognized personal training certification preferred (ACE, ACSM, NASM, NATA, NSCA, NPTI, ISSA)
• Has a minimum of 2 to 3 Years of programming design and training experience (preferred), and prior experience with leading group fitness (preferred)
• Holds a current CPR/AED certification from an accredited institution
