Bernheim Kelley Battista, LLC, is looking to hire an attorney with 5 plus years of Personal Injury experience representing injured plaintiffs. Great opportunity for an experienced Personal Injury Attorney or a solo practitioner that wants to bring their book of business into a boutique-style pre-suit and litigation firm and take advantage of larger firm benefits including, health insurance, 401k, steady paycheck, great bonus compensation system and access to numerous firm resources including marketing and human resources. The position offers autonomy without micromanagement. Essentially the hire will run a firm within the firm.

• We are looking for an active attorney with a strong focus on providing clients with an outstanding client experience through effective communication, strong legal skills, and excellent results

• Must have 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience
• Member in good standing with the Florida Bar
• Portable book of business is a plus
