When our prospective clients call us for help, they're often going through an emotionally difficult period. Our Intake Superstar provides our potential clients with the ultimate telephone experience. It requires the right combination of telephone skills, empathy, and the ability to help them understand how to see a better future using our services. You'll play an integral role in creating memorable client experiences. This important position involves administrative duties related to customer service, client intake, client retention, and direct attorney support. This is a full-time job, so you MUST be able to work *in the office* for 40 hours per week. The first 90 days of employment is a probationary period, and you will be considered a temporary employee. There is an opportunity for bonus compensation for outstanding performance and meeting established goals and milestones.

• Legal experience is a plus

• Previous experience in a personal injury law firm setting is required.
