Our growing personal injury law firm needs a diligent, organized, and experienced Personal Injury Paralegal. You will write letters, draft legal documents, conduct legal research, and organize case files and other important material. To prepare a factual response to discovery, we need someone with experience ordering, reviewing, and summarizing medical records. • Work with lawyers to prepare for trial by researching legal articles, preparing and organizing exhibits, organizing and coordinating witnesses, submitting motions, and aiding with client meetings
• Maintain our case filing systems and other administrative activities
• Produce legal documents, letters, and pleadings such as complaints, interrogatories, subpoenas, deposition notices, pretrial orders, legal briefs, and affidavits under the supervision of a lawyer
• Talk with service providers or insurers about possible settlements for liens, bills, and medical expenses
• Order, review, and summarize medical records for preparing factual response to discovery

• Excellent organizational skills, and time-management skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• At least 3-5 years of experience in legal services under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting, preferably specializing in personal injury law
