Busy Personal Injury Law Firm seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Intake Specialist. The ideal candidate will have an upbeat personality with a positive attitude and be a team player. Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are a must as you are the first point of contact for all possible new clients. Must be able to read, write and speak Spanish.
After-hours call contact required. Additional compensation available.
Law firm experience and knowledge of Personal Injury is a plus.
- Receiving incoming communication from possible new clients (PNC)
- Create Intake Documentation
- Set and calendar appointments for Intake Meeting
- Meet PNC, with Attorney, to execute representation agreement
- Schedule initial treatment for clients
- Create law management software case file
- Communicate with Insurance Companies to initiate claims
- Bilingual - Spanish and English speaking
- Superior communication skills: reading, writing and speaking
- Understanding of protocols and adherence
- Diligent and organized time management
