Our Sugar Land, TX Personal Injury Law Firm is growing and actively seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Personal Injury Case Manager with a minimum of 2 years of case management experience. • In this role, your talents will bring value to each case by building a relationship with clients and medical providers, monitoring client treatment adherence, and gathering evidence.

Requirements:

• Bilingual (Spanish) – Ability to speak Spanish fluently 
• Minimum 2 years Personal Injury case management experience
• Background in sales a plus
• Strong communication skills to enable positive interaction with clients, team members, medical providers, and adjusters
• Quality-, deadline-, and detail-oriented with strong working knowledge of the internet, Microsoft Office products, calendars, videoconference software, scanner, etc.
• Competitive nature with a strong passion to exceed personal and professional goals
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively, both on a team and individually, in a high energy, growing environment
• Investigates, requests, and analyzes evidence/reports, and organizes and tracks files
• Knows how to bring value to a case
• Reviews and understands medical records
• Monitors client treatment
• Communicates with medical providers
• Communicates with adjusters and coordinates property damage
• Opens claims and educates adjuster of treatment status
• Negotiates medical bills and liens
• Drafts demands
• Prepares and sends documents

Work Style –Hybrid/ At office location most days with ability to work remote some days after trial period.  Full-time – 8AM – 5PM / M-F

The salary for this role is $50,000 - $60,000 annually.
