• Handling a personal injury caseload from inception through trial
• Client development – including intake calls for new clients & following up with existing clients
• Settlement negotiations

• Proficiency in computers is vital
• A minimum of 3 years of personal injury litigation or trial experience in medical malpractice, wrongful death, personal injury, or civil litigation practice areas is necessary
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, research, and communication skills are desired
• State Bar Association membership and state license to practice law is mandatory
