You will be taking phone calls, running errands, setting appointments, taking meeting minutes, filing paperwork, and any other duties as needed. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter who enjoys planning and has great interpersonal skills. Responsibilities
  • Do other assigned tasks as needed
  • Keep track of filing systems for administrative tasks
  • Set up meeting spaces for when guests arrive to make people feel welcome
  • Relay messages received through phone calls or emails to our team to make our business run more efficiently

  • File and organize sales and HR files.
  • Organize corporate documents.
  • Streamline HR processes and assist in the employee hiring process.
  • Mail packages and get mail

Qualifications
  • Prior work experience as a personal assistant, executive secretary, executive assistant, administrative assistant, or related job experience performing personal assistant duties
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and time management skills
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Take the initiative to finish tasks responsibly
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
Compensation
$34,500 - $42,000 yearly
