We’re looking for an efficient personal assistant who can help us improve our productivity. Your responsibilities will include relaying messages from phone calls and emails, delivering and picking up orders, scheduling and taking minutes for meetings, maintaining records, arranging travel details, and performing additional tasks as assigned. We need someone with excellent communication skills who thrives in a constantly changing, flexible work environment. If you can multitask and love helping people, apply now!

  • Complete any other necessary tasks as assigned
  • Make travel arrangements including flight, hotel, and transportation
  • Answer phone calls and emails and relay important messages to increase our productivity
  • Maintain filing systems for administrative tasks
  • Plan meetings, take notes and distributing meeting minutes to ensure we stay organized

  • Working weekends required the schedule could be Wednesday to Sunday or Friday to Tuesday
  • Coordinate repairs and solve problems if issues arise with the rental properties
  • Use excellent customer service if problems happen while renters are staying at the property
  • Take care of the broker's dogs and cat, take them to grooming appointments, on walks, etc
  • Perform personal tasks and errands for the broker
  • Keep the office organized and perform day-to-day tasks around the office
  • Have a go-getter attitude and be willing to help in all situations

  • Demonstrates ability to use Microsoft Office
  • Applicants must have graduated high school or equivalent
  • Capable of completing tasks with minimal supervision
  • Prior work experience as a personal assistant, executive secretary, executive assistant, administrative assistant, or related job experience performing personal assistant duties
  • Great time management skills as well as both written and verbal communication skills

  • Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities on the phone and in-person
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and social skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Follows instructions clearly and accurately within a timely fashion
  • Proactive and enthusiastic about delivering positive results

$14 - $15 hourly
