We’re looking for an energetic and highly organized personal assistant to help with both office and personal tasks. This person will work as the right-hand person to the broker to support the varying needs of her busy life. They'll be organizing her home and office, grocery shopping, meal prepping, running errands, and taking care of her animals during the week. The broker owns several vacation rentals on Tybee Island and in Savannah. On the weekends, they'll be responsible for resolving any issues that come up with guests and/or with the properties in a timely manner. They'll be the primary contact for guests on Saturdays and Sundays.
They'll also help manage and schedule appointments, relaying messages from phone calls and emails, and performing additional tasks as assigned; special projects are common. This person will also run errands for things needed with the vacation rentals during the week. They will assist our Guest Relations Specialist as needed. They should be detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to prioritize.
