Are you interested in a versatile role with leadership opportunities? We’re hiring a professional and proactive personal assistant to support our Top Producer. You’ll be in charge of managing schedules, creating marketing programs, organizing our filing systems, monitoring deadlines, data/transaction management, and making sure administrative tasks in the office run timely, efficiently + smoothly. Additional responsibilities include, yet not limited to:
- To work in our Tacoma Office and will move to our Gig Harbor Office within 1 year
- Produce, manage and make recommendations for all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, online marketing, promotional items, and social media posts
- Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results daily to ensure goals are being met
- Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers. title/escrow and lenders to continually improve customer satisfaction
- Participate in training sessions, meetings, open house events, home staging, and workshops to improve our presence in the real estate industry
- Job seekers should be a self-starter, can work independently, is responsible, love planning, organizing, hiring, and diving into new challenges in a fast-paced industry
This job is Part-Time (20 hours per week) to Full-Time @ 90 Days Following Review - Full-Time status shall receive a monthly Sales Bonus based on closed transaction sales
Responsibilities
- Perform additional assigned duties from executives such as picking up orders, handling personal mail, etc.
- Support an executive with meeting preparation and take minutes
- Perform office management duties such as organizing filing systems and ordering office equipment and supplies
- Serve as the main contact for high-level executive
Qualifications
- Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential information
- Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certificate of completion
- 2 or more years as an assistant, executive assistant, or in a position performing supportive duties
- Reliable transportation required for out-of-office meeting sites and meeting vendors
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, enjoys responsibility and provide customer-focused priority services to support business growth
Compensation
$25 hourly
