We’re looking for an efficient personal assistant who can help us with managing a busy office and busy lifestyle. Your responsibilities will include taking care of our homes and offices, delivering and picking up orders, and performing additional tasks as assigned.   • Running errands
  • Picking up dry cleaning and groceries as needed
  • Keeping office stocked with supplies
  • Additional family management duties will be included when time allows

  • Understands how to use Microsoft Office
  • Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Previous work experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, executive assistant, or related job experience, such as business administration
  • Take the initiative to finish tasks responsibly
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and time management skills
