We’re searching for an organized personal assistant to provide administrative support to our team and help us operate more efficiently. You’ll answer phone calls, schedule meetings, run errands, arrange travel, keep track of important paperwork, and assist with other duties as needed. Our ideal candidate is a great multitasker and possesses superb communication skills.   • Answer phone calls and emails and relay important messages to increase our productivity
  • Keep track of filing systems for administrative tasks
  • Do other assigned tasks as needed

  • Assist team leader and other agents on the team
  • Maintain social media pages
  • Manage team ads through our marketing program
  • Plan and assist with company events

  • Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Great time management skills as well as both written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently

  • Comfortable with technology driven systems and social media

$14 - $16 hourly
