Responsibilities

Duties Include:

  • Assisting with any tasks as assigned.
  • Answering phone calls.
  • Creating, with accuracy, any necessary documents.
  • Up keeping the data entry and paperwork in transaction management system.
  • Following up on deals and keeping agent up to date with all activity on transaction process.
  • Following up daily on files using appropriate task list and adding necessary tasks as required per situation if needed.
  • Up keeping data pertains to listings on all active websites; Print media ads.
  • Up keeping and inputting important reminders or appointments in calendar as needed.
  • Keeping the ready to go documents for listing packages and Preparing Listing presentations.
  • Timely and accurately responding to emails, tasks, calls, texts, requests, etc.
  • Assisting with appointment setting.
  • Occasionally staying overtime to complete important tasks on an as needed basis.
  • Completing all duties in an efficient and timely manner. Handling all duties with care and concise information. And keeping all data confidential.
  • Candidate should be willing to take on new tasks as needed.


Qualifications

  • Showing up on time and completing an entire shift as scheduled unless otherwise approved or presenting a doctor's note for any occasional emergency.
  • Professional appearance and phone voice.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet skills.
  • Reliable and dependable.
  • Must be able to maintain confidential information.
  • Previous experience a plus!

Compensation
$12 per hour
