Our established Real Estate office is growing!!! We are looking for a motivated person with organizational skills, computer experience and good ole' common sense. This person will support both personal and business affairs. Must be a multitasker extraordinaire and have the ability to manage files in my absence. Real Estate back office, Business relations and advanced social media a must! Real Estate knowledge is also suggested. Must also be systems driven.

Our office is located in Corona and is centrally located.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the listing and selling residential real estate mainly bank owned foreclosures.
  • Reply/respond to emails and complete online tasks from clients.
  • Manage a real estate file from start to finish.
  • Add and manage listings on social media platforms.
  • Manage preservation of foreclosed homes.
  • Support both personal and business affairs.




Qualifications
  • Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues; proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet skills and Quickbooks
  • Real Estate Experience REQUIRED
  • Common sense
  • Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents
  • Able to make quick and effective decisions, solve problems, as well as maintain confidentiality
  • REO experience preferred, not necessary
  • Real Estate License preferred, not necessary
Compensation
$13.00 - $17.00 / hour based on experience
