- Run errands and pick up orders as needed
- Take phone calls and emails and relay relevant information to streamline our processes
- Plan meetings, take notes and distributing meeting minutes to ensure we stay organized
- Set up meeting spaces for when guests arrive to make people feel welcome
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Take the initiative to finish tasks responsibly
- Experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, administrative assistant or a related job with administrative tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Applicants must have graduated high school or equivalent
- Superb time management skills and communication skills, written and verbal
