We’re looking for an efficient personal assistant who can help us improve our productivity. Your responsibilities will include relaying messages from phone calls and emails, delivering and implementing our marketing programs to clients, scheduling and notetaking for meetings, maintaining records, expense reports, and performing additional tasks as assigned. This job will be based out of our Houston office & requires candidates to live within 25 miles of that location.

Responsibilities
  • Arrange travel including hotel, flight, and transportation
  • Plan meetings, take notes and distributing meeting minutes to ensure we stay organized
  • Keep track of filing systems for administrative tasks
  • Prepare meeting spaces for guests to create a welcoming environment
  • Do other assigned tasks as needed
  • Deliver packages and pick up orders as needed
Qualifications
  • Great time management skills as well as both written and verbal communication skills
  • Capable of completing tasks with minimal supervision
  • Previous work experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, executive assistant, or related job experience, such as business administration
  • Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Demonstrates ability to use Microsoft Office
Compensation
$40,000 - $48,000 yearly
