We are a Personal Care Home with amazing views of the country and mountains in Williamsport. Even if you are not from the area, you will feel right at home in our beautiful setting and in our modern facility.

We are looking for self-motivated Med Techs and/or Personal Care Aids that are highly responsible, empathetic, and caring individuals with a strong work ethic to provide assistance to our residents. You will be supervised by our Administrator and/or Director of Nursing.

Our most urgent needs are for the first shift, full-time, but we also have part-time opportunities available on other shifts. This is also a great position for students pursuing a degree in the medical field or nursing to gain practical, hands-on experience!

Compensation:
$10-15/hr- higher rate for Med Tech Certified and/or experienced CNA

Here is a list of some of the day to day responsibilities:

• Provide basic housekeeping tasks and laundry care
• Help residents get to/from activities or meals
• Assists residents with activities of daily living
• Help maintain safe, healthy, and secure living conditions
• Demonstrates kindness, care, and empathy to residents
• Help administer medications to residents - only as Certified Med Tech under the direction of the Director of Nursing
• May have the opportunity to become Med Tech certified

Minimum Qualifications:

• A High School diploma or G.E.D. is required.
• At least two years related experience preferred
• Med Tech certification preferred and/or willing to be trained as a MedTech at which point you may be eligible for a potential increase in pay.
• Flexibility in scheduling
• Must be willing to travel during inclement weather

Operations are 24/7, 365 days per year. Occasional flexibility in shifts is appreciated. Occasional overtime may be required.

We hire on an “8 and 80” schedule per Federal guidelines. Must be able to pass a drug test and obtain criminal clearances from e-Patch. If you have not been a Pennsylvania resident for at least a year you will also need to obtain an FBI fingerprint background check.
