Brightstar Care is currently looking for an experienced Payroll Coordinator to join our Upper Arlington office for a 4-6 month contract. The perfect candidate must have experience in a high-volume payroll position. In this position, you will be responsible for making a difference in the lives of 200+ healthcare workers.

4-6 weeks of training with our current Payroll Coordinator will be provided. 

Responsibilities

  • Process weekly payroll
  • Collect time sheets and credentials from employees
  • Communicate with office staff regarding field employees’ bonus eligibility and track employee hours for bonus payouts
  • Serve as point of contact for payroll inquiries and requests
  • Maintain strict confidentiality

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • At least 1 year of Payroll Management experience
  • Experience with various payroll systems and automated Time & Attendance Systems
  • Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Gross to Net payroll calculations
  • Some experience with medical terminology preferred but not required

Compensation
$18 - $20 hourly
