You’ll keep our financial records organized by importing new transactions, maintaining a transaction leger, generate commission disbursement agreements, and tracking internal data.   • Input records into the computer to make sure financial data is filed accurately
  • Review accounts payable and receivable everyday to make sure invoices and expense reports are accurate
  • Follow up with vendors for accounts payable and keep in touch as needed for collections and ensure bills are paid on time
  • Facilitate all incoming payments and outgoing checks, including printing, obtaining signatures for, and distributing checks as necessary
  • Post detailed journal entries to the general ledger to streamline the reconciliation process

  • Import New Transactions daily
  • Keep transaction ledger up to date
  • Review and communicate Commissions with Agents
  • Generate Commission Disbursements and communicate with Escrow
  • Creating entries in proper accounting systems
  • Track internal agent data
  • Serve as a point of contact between agents, escrow, and managers

  • Capable of using property management software, such as Yardi
  • Must have high school diploma or GED, college degree helpful but not required
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting software such as Quickbooks
  • Able to write to and speak with vendors and clients effectively
  • Understands basic rules of GAAP

  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous, organized, and self-directed approach to work
  • Excellent oral/written communication
  • Proficient use of Microsoft, and Google-based platforms, QuickBooks preferred

$17 - $21 hourly
