We’re looking for an engaging personality that will be primarily responsible for onboarding new patients to our practice, ensuring that they have a smooth and positive experience with us.

As our account executive, you will be responsible for listening actively to patients' needs, educating and wowing them about our innovative, life-changing services. Most of our patients have exhausted a lot of their options, so they often understandably come in skeptical. However, this is where your natural ability to gain anybody's trust, and even get them excited shines!

• Review patient records and provide an engaging consultative experience
• Follow up with warm leads to drive business and awareness of Intero's offerings
• Assist our marketing and sales team with the overall initial patient experience
• Create awareness around and sell our expanded service offerings
• Manage patient expectations, and provide exceptional customer service
• Perform multiple tasks at the same time and operate with minimal supervision

• Experience in a one-on-one consultative position preferred
• Comfortable multi-tasking in a productive and friendly work environment
• Strong time management and interpersonal skills are a must to uphold patient satisfaction
• Thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Collaborate across departments (clinical, administrative, sales, marketing)
