• Managing and organizing the orthodontist's schedule to maximize productivity and optimize patient flow
• Communicating with patients to schedule appointments and answer any inquiries they may have
• Collaborating with the orthodontist and the clinical team to ensure a seamless and efficient patient experience
• Verifying insurance coverage and handling billing and payment-related tasks

• Previous experience in customer service and sales, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and work well within a team
• Ability to learn to use office scheduling software
• A positive attitude, empathetic nature, and the ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of orthodontics or the dental field is preferred but not required
