We're looking for our next Party Coordinator!

We’re hiring an organized event coordinator who is passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities include planning, facilitating event logistics, communicating with staff about event execution, and delivering the highest level of experience to our birthday guests. Must have previous event hosting experience or work in a similar role. Applicants must be friendly, love interacting with children, reliable, and detail-oriented. • Work with the event manager and staff
• Ensure each party is properly set up and delivered
• Entertaining the party-goers during the party room (sing, dance, play games)
• Exceptional customer service
• Complete all other duties as assigned

• At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in event management
• Display excellent communication skills with clients and coworkers
• A high school diploma or GED is required, associate or bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
• Must be detail-oriented and can manage time efficiently

• must be able to work Friday thru Sunday
