WizeHire’s Partnerships team is building a dynamic, profitable, and quickly growing channel program. As our Partner Operations Manager, you will play a critical role by contributing your analysis, insight, and expertise to build fundamentals for our team to scale and expand our impact. 

As the first dedicated ops hire on the Partnerships team, you’ll evaluate our existing systems and needs, build foundational improvements, define and execute a long-term implementation plan, and make key hires to support ambitious growth goals. You will work closely with the Partnerships team and leadership by facilitating the day-to-day activities and providing high-impact, data-driven insights, while building, maintaining, and improving our data and software environment. 

This is a 100% remote position, based wherever you are in the US. You will report to the Head of Partnerships and work collaboratively with our Partnerships team while forming relationships across WizeHire.

Responsibilities

  • Being our tech and process go-to for partner acquisition and account management
  • Support and maintain tools like Salesforce and Groove, with the primary goal of keeping our data clean, actionable, and as automated as possible
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop KPIs, individual and team targets, and capacity plans
  • Design and maintain performance dashboards in Salesforce and Metabase to share key learnings and monitor trends over time
  • Document the processes and workflows you develop
  • Lead the research and implementation of new systems and software that will improve team workflows and performance
  • Provide thought leadership and data support on the design, execution, and measurement of impactful partner management and acquisition processes
  • Work with stakeholders across teams to optimize partnership systems and ensure we’re aligned with company-wide best practices
  • Within your first 30 days, you will complete your general onboarding and meet the team, study and internalize WizeHire’s business models along with our Go-To-Market motions, and begin to build relationships with key stakeholders across the business
  • By your first 90 days, you will stand up a framework for measuring performance and managing our business unit to assist in setting and tracking KPIs. You will support the implementation of a from-scratch Salesforce instance
  • By year one, you will have built the foundations of multi-disciplinary partnership ops and analytics function with thorough reporting and new software tools. You will also have developed and begun to execute a hiring plan for your team

Qualifications

  • You have 4+ years of experience building and/or managing SaaS sales operations models that drive real bookings growth (partnerships and channel operations experience preferred)
  • You have 2+ years of project management experience with the ability to prioritize a variety of relationships and tasks in a quickly evolving environment
  • Proven success maintaining and improving the functionality of Salesforce instances
  • High proficiency in forecasting/modeling with Excel/Sheets
  • You have a clear communication and collaboration style that helps you act and implement your strategic ideas
  • A track record of exploring and implementing new software that improves workflows and outcomes
  • SQL and Zapier proficiency preferred

Compensation
$90,000 - $110,000 yearly
