Salary: dependent upon experience and personality. This role has high promotion potential. As of now, we do not have benefits to offer but hope to add them later in 2022.

What you will do

• Manage existing contracts and partner relation
• Market research and discovery of organizations to partner
• Outreach to new organizations to partner with
• Pricing and Contract negotiations for new and repeat partners
• Tracking performance of various partner organization as related to Cirkled In
• Collaborate with sales team and create alignments
• Educate and inform clients about the company’s products, services and special offers.

Who you are:

• A customer advocate at heart; ability to empathize
• Proven negotiation, conflict management, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze industry market research and utilize insights to drive awareness on key areas and improvements on overall experience
• Exceptional organizational skills
• 3 – 5 years of experience in partner relationship management, or in a related area. (Experience in the youth market or education industry is a big plus.)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting (prior startup experience is a plus)
• Absolute comfort and ability to work in technology; Proficiency in Office, Google Suite, and video conferencing tools (zoom, Teams, Google Meet etc.), HubSpot experience is a plus
• Ability to comprehend, sort, analyze, and be comfortable with large amount of data
