Interested in working in a very fast-paced environment alongside some amazing people? OCF Realty is hiring a seasonal Administrative Assistant to support our office during the busy spring and summer months. We need someone who is highly organized, quick with data entry, and has a knack for information systems. Lastly, we’re looking for someone who is as passionate about Philadelphia’s neighborhoods and community as we are, and shares our culture of authenticity. Please note: This position is part-time. We are looking for candidates with availability 3 days during the work week, including Mondays. It is also seasonal and expected to last March 1st - September 1st. This position pays $15/hour.

Deadline for submissions is February 28th. Please no walk-ins.

Responsibilities
  • Regular logging, organizing, and filing of leasing information
  • Scanning and organization of application paperwork
  • Scan tenant info onto main drive and enter into database
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, scanning, etc.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but high school diploma accepted with some college completed
  • Proven work experience in a front office as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant
  • Ability to organize, multitask and work under pressure
  • Exceptional customer service skill and professional phone manner
  • Overachieving attitude and strong work ethic
  • Basic knowledge of real estate market terminology and practices
Compensation
$15 hourly
