Part-Time Real Estate Videographer/Social Media Content Creator

We are seeking a videographer/social media content creator who has a gift and a real passion for their work. We are a top-selling real estate agency in the area and need someone who can create, produce, and edit high-quality videos for our marketing purposes to use on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys their work, is reliable, talented and creative. This is a part-time flexible position. Compensation is $500/month. You will be needed in person 1 or twice every two weeks for about 2-3 hours to create video content with our agents. 2 of the monthly shoots you would be creating a short reel on location of someone's home and then recording a 30-40 minute podcast. • Produce and edit virtual tour videos of many properties to post on various social media and websites
• Video properties for online and marketing purposes so buyers show interest quickly
• Ability to edit and manipulate lighting, contrast and watermarks to ensure top quality videos
• Plan for multiple shoots per day/week and be available in order to serve our clients

• Ability to travel to the locations where our agents will shoot content at. This is typically in Philadelphia, however, occasionally could be in the suburbs
• Take the content you film and quickly turn them into content for our social media accounts (reels, etc.)
• Create captions for the posts and post the content
• Record and Film 30-40 minute podcasts in the homes of people of podcast guests and then edit the podcast

• Enjoys working with all types of people and able to take constructive feedback and make adjustments
• Skilled in video equipment usage, lenses, lighting and photography
• Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines

• Must have professional video camera and editing software to create quality Instagram reels
