The ideal candidate would be in charge of managing showing schedules, showing assistance, scheduling and possibly attending inspections, assisting in preparing contracts and addendums, and other real estate-related activities might be required as well.

MUST HAVE an active Florida Real Estate License, must live locally to the Sarasota/Manatee Counties, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Being highly organized is a must! This is a part-time position and will require travel throughout Sarasota and Manatee counties at times. MUST be local to the Sarasota/Manatee counties. Again, some travel within the counties is required.
- Assist agent in scheduling properties for clients to view
- Possibly attend showings on behalf of the agent
- Assist in generating business by prospecting
- Reverse prospecting on listings
- Past and current client outreach
- Connecting with clients to disclose and verify property information.
- Possibility of assisting with contracts and addendums
- Touching base with past clients to obtain client testimonies
- Attend inspections or appraisals - If needed
- Work with the transaction coordinator to circulate contracts and addendums
- Candidate will be expected to work up to 20 hours (possibly more) within Sarasota-Manatee Counties
- Maintain an organized contract file of executed documents
- Creation of files and organization of CRM system, to be checked daily.
- Occasional weekends may be required when agent is unavailable.
- MUST BE LOCAL TO THE SARASOTA/MANATEE COUNTY AREA
- Cold calling experience is preferred but not required
