Real Estate Office Help Wanted!

Could you be the great assistant I’m seeking to handle the important administrative details of running my growing Real Estate Business?

Busy Real Estate Team Leader, buried with far too much to do, needs very organized, detail-oriented assistant 20 hours weekly in his Deerfield office.

It’s 10:07 pm on a Monday night and I’m still at my office working!

I own a rapidly growing Real Estate Sales Team business located in Deerfield Beach, FL where I have been for 10 years now.

I’m stuck working late again tonight because I’ve just got too many things to do. All the paperwork, new listings to be processed, prospects to be added to my data base, closings to be scheduled, incoming offers to be directed, a contact management system that must be kept up to the minute correct and all of the other administrative details that go along with running a real estate business are killing me.

Can you help make my headaches vanish by handling some of these details?

Are you somebody who’s superb at handling details? A loyal, hardworking behind the scenes type person who always follows through and almost never misses a deadlines. So productive your last employer considered hiring two people to replace you after you left. Are you a strong typist with good computer skills using word, publisher, excel and power-point programs,  a solid command of CRM programs, comfortable in a small business environment where priorities can change quickly, a super-organized get-it-done type person who’s also very good on the phone talking with people?

If so, we should talk because you just might be the great assistant I’m looking for, 20 hours a week (9:30 am until 1:30 pm, Monday through Friday). The hours and pay are negotiable and our office dress code is business casual.

  • Listing Management - marketing, mls, flyers etc.
  • Graphic Design - flyers, presentations, brochures, business cards, postcards, create signs
  • Manage Social Media Platforms 
  • YouTube videos 
  • Database management, plans and drip campaigns
  • Customer service
  • Receptionist for walk-in traffic
  • Listing appointment preparation 
  • Tracking - bookkeeping 
  • Marketing - Facebook, Zillow Coming Soon, etc.
  • Transaction coordinator 
  • Create systems and processes 
  • Prepare weekly seller reports 
  • Open house preparation 
  • Manage my websites
  • Set up showing appointments
  • Collect showing feedback
  • Implementation of my business strategies
  • Update Real Estate newsletters
  • Handle EDDM mailings and deliver to post office

  • MUST live within 10 miles of our Deerfield Beach office!
  • Ability to work unsupervised and to manage one's time productively
  • Ability to prioritize duties, but to be flexible enough to shift on a dime
  • Need to have computer skills and comfort level with Word, Excel, PowerPoint; able to quickly learn how to use new real estate specific programs
  • Comfortable with speaking with clients on the telephone; great interpersonal skills
  • Disciplined, detail oriented and strong at following through on assignments
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
$12 - $14/ hr
