A successful Property Manager Assistant will be professional at all times, exhibit strong organizational skills and enjoy a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will also display excellent business judgment, have an acute concern for customer satisfaction and possess a strong sense of fairness and integrity as they manage and oversee a significant new real estate asset.
The ideal Property Manager Assistant must be able to assist in managing a portfolio of properties and possess strong customer service skills in dealing with residents, board members, and vendors. Must have strong computer skills, be able to take initiative, well organized, and detail oriented. Prior experience in property management is preferred.
