We are seeking a part-time intake specialist/administrative assistant to join our growing law firm!
We're a boutique business law firm that continues to expand our footprint, and we need a detail- and customer service-oriented intake specialist to join our team and work directly with the owners and staff to ensure a smooth glidepath for potential and new clients.
In this position, you will be responsible for some of the most important tasks in our business, including:
- Promptly responding to all calls and emails from potential clients and referral sources
- Conducting an initial exploratory call with potential clients to ensure the firm can help them achieve their goals
- Follow firm policies, procedures, and forms for obtaining potential client information
- Scheduling sales calls for the owners with potential clients
- Prepare engagement letters for new clients to hire the firm
- Engage in consistent, courteous follow-up communications throughout the new client guide path
- Set up new matters in the firm’s case management and file systems
- Always engage in a friendly, upbeat, and welcoming manner with potential clients and referral sources
