We love to help people learn and grow. We need an experienced personal injury paralegal who is able to handle both pre-litigation and litigation cases. The ideal candidate will be able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal hand-holding.

This is a full-time position where you will be expected to come in the office from 8:30-5 Monday-Friday. Initial employment compensation will be based on your experience, with opportunities for increases after that. There is an opportunity for bonus compensation for those who can demonstrate their profitability.

• Initiate contact with pre-litigation and litigation clients to check on treatment status and provide case updates
• Assist their assigned attorney with case management from case inception through settlement or judgment
• Draft demands
• Negotiate medical bills
• Communicate with adjusters and opposing counsel's office
• Draft complaints, discovery requests/responses, motions, etc
• E-file via Peachcourt, Odyssey, File&Serve
• Schedule, coordinate, calendar, and notice depositions
• Calendar due dates, deposition, mediation, hearing, and trial dates

• Personal injury paralegal experience (both pre-litigation and litigation)
