We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented, "take charge," and experienced paralegal to play an important role on our legal team. You'll draft legal documents such as Revocable Living Trusts, Wills, probate administration, guardianships, conservatorships, adoptions, deeds and affidavits, organize files for trial preparation, and keep case files and other important information neatly organized and easily accessible. If you’re selected for this position, you’ll have a strong background in word processing, being self-directed, excellent at follow-up, management, and strong written & verbal communication skills. A minimum of three years working as a paralegal is required, with an estate planning/elder law background preferred.
