We’re seeking a skilled and experienced paralegal to support our growing legal team. The ideal candidate for this position will use their work experience and organizational skills to prepare and maintain legal documents, file motions, and conduct legal research.
Unlike most firms, our attorneys are not responsible for conducting initial consultations. As a result, each Paralegal/Attorney team is able to meet their billable hours requirements without having to extend their workday.

- Assist lawyers in preparing legal documentation, pleadings, and correspondence including correspondence such as interrogatories, subpoenas, deposition notices, complaints, pretrial orders, legal briefs, and affidavits
- Gather information about legal issues from the client in interviews
- Work with lawyers to prepare for trial by conducting research on legal articles, preparing and organizing exhibits, organizing and coordinating witnesses, filing motions, and assisting with client meetings
- Provide assistance with calendar management
- Propound and respond to discovery.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and talent for writing and grammar
- Excellent organizational skills, and time-management skills
- Candidates who have completed a paralegal professional certification or have advanced paralegal education will receive preference
- Ideal candidate has knowledge of family law rules of court and local rules and procedures for filing and pay attention to detail.
