Our Intern starts out as a Showing Partner or Listing Partner, serving as a "nurse" while working with the Lead Agent. They assist with a large number of client relationships - building rapport, encouraging and assisting clients, creating market reports on potential listings, showing homes, and really helping the lead agent with any and all details that might be on his/her plate. In addition to an Intern generating business from their own efforts by working their sphere of influence, open houses and other community engagement, they will learn all the aspects of real estate and how to take great care of clients on a regular basis.
Once the Real Estate Intern satisfactorily completes an introductory period (approximately 6 months...can be less if you are committed to killing it!) as a Showing/Listing Partner, they graduate to the Lead Agent position. As a Lead Agent, you will write purchase agreements, negotiate terms and conditions, give listing presentations and secure listing agreements, coordinate with all members of the team on critical transaction milestones and overall be the point person for assuring the client reaches their goals and has all their needs met.
