CW Psychological Services, LLC is looking for experienced, licensed clinical social workers to join our high-quality mental health outpatient team. Our private practice continues to grow and has an excellent reputation with local universities and schools, physicians, agencies, and the general public among a variety of other referral sources. This position is a strong fit for therapists looking for a supportive, educational, and collaborative working environment as our CEO provides enhanced supervision and training to clinicians. Currently, we are accepting applications for:

  • LCSW who has a current PA License. Clinicians with at least 1 year of outpatient mental health experience are preferred

We currently have fee-for-service W2 positions available for part-time or full-time hours from 15-40 hours per week.

CW Psychological Services treats adults, children, & families with a wide variety of behavioral health concerns. We receive an abundance of referrals each week and have a history of maintaining a lengthy and ongoing waitlist which allows for clinicians to quickly build a sustainable caseload with minimal no show or late cancelations of appointments. Our philosophy is to create an environment wherein clinicians can practice with a minimum of managed care and documentation concerns by working to eliminate systemic hassles. Clinicians can focus on their client’s health and wellbeing as CW Psychological Services provides support to all clinicians in order to provide robust and excellent clinical care.

We also offer in-house training and supervision surrounding evidence-based practices within some of our niches, such as trauma treatment through TF-CBT, and can provide additional training in working with the transgender community as we have a psychologist who is board certified and specializes in transgender care. Additional opportunities for professional growth are available.


  • Complete individual, couples, or group therapy to assist clients in lifelong change
  • Develop a rapport with clients in order to facilitate a healthy therapeutic relationship
  • Demonstrate self-motivated attitude and ability to perform responsibilities of the position with limited supervision to promote and maintain our company culture
  • Maintain open communication with other members of the team to form collaborative and supportive collegial relationships
  • Collaborate with others supporting the clients you work with
  • Maintain appropriate documentation of services and outreach
  • Engage in ongoing professional development
  • Provide supervision and consultation to pre-licensed clinicians to promote professional growth in the mental health community


  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has a current PA License as LCSW
  • Clinicians with at least 1 year of outpatient mental health experience are preferred but willing to train if appropriate fit
  • Openness to learn and collaborate with the clinical team
  • Proficient in working with electronic medical records
  • Comfortable with the use of computers, email, and technology

$38 -$40 hourly
